Iran Increase the combat capabilities



Commander of Iranian Army Brigadier General Ahmadreza Pourdastan said Iran would modify his armored vehicle, Zulfigar, by increasing the capacity of military combat vehicles.


"Iran will increase the combat capability of the armored vehicles, Zulfigar. These modifications will help make Zulfigar as armored vehicles in the world," said the Iranian Army Commander Brigadier General Ahmadreza Pourdastan as quoted by Fars reported to Trend on Friday (13/4 / 2012).


On the same occasion Pourdastan also said Iran and the Revolutionary Guards Air Force will hold joint maneuvers.


"We will also hold military exercises in a number of countries using the original ammunition. Exercise will be conducted as if in real conditions, so that if our forces are ready to fight. We will deal with any threat that comes," he added.


Pourdastan statement comes ahead of talks involving Iran's nuclear program Tehran and six world powers, known as the P5 +1.


Until now there has been no change in the location of the meeting which is scheduled to take place in Istanbul, Turkey on April 14. A number of the Iranian delegation was reported to have arrived in Istanbul.
